NORTH IDAHO PRIDE ALLIANCE ANNOUNCES REFINED ORGANIZATIONAL FOCUS AND OUTLOOK
The North Idaho Pride Alliance is proud and grateful to encourage change in our community through Education, Networking, and Advocating for LGBTQIA+ lives in North Idaho and the greater Idaho community.
Since our founding in 2016, our organization has grown to include more opportunities for our local LGBTQIA+ community to network and share their authentic selves. As an organization, we’ve been able to change our organization to meet the needs of our community, and that includes adapting our Mission and Vision.
“Our organization has changed and grown. We wouldn’t be able to do our work without our hardworking volunteers, generous supporters, and partners,” said Sam Koester, President of the NIPA Board of Directors.
“The events that took place over the 2022 Pride season really gave us a look into our community, both good and bad,” said Koester. “Since then, we’ve really taken a step back to reflect on our organization and how we can better support our LGBTQIA+ community. Now, we’re regionally recognized and support many LGBTQIA+ people outside of North Idaho. We’ve changed.”
We’d like to thank our incredible partners, Knock Marketing & Design, for helping us create a new organizational logo to help with our brand recognition locally and regionally as a premier all-year LGBTQIA+ organization.
