North Idaho Pride Alliance, Inc. (NIPA), as an organization established and maintained by
LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and allies, is committed to providing equality of opportunity and an environment that fosters respect for all members of the local community. This policy has the goal of promoting an environment that is free of discrimination and harassment.
NIPA Nondiscrimination Policy
NIPA will NOT discriminate against any person or organization because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, pregnancy, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
