Jenna graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Finance and obtained her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma State University. Jenna has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, residential programs, and community clinics. One of her goals as a Clinician is to destigmatize mental health care with empowerment through psycho-education. Jenna specializes in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, boundary and communication issues, trauma, and life-change circumstances. Jenna believes that exercise, nutrition, and sleep are inherently linked to mental health and incorporates this philosophy into her own life and her practice. She enjoys spending her free time gathering with friends and family, in solitude with a good cup of coffee and her Basset Hound, or exploring the outdoors with her husband.
