I take pride in being able to offer a safe, affirming space for members of the queer and polyamorous communities to feel heard and understood. I believe my role is to use curiosity, validation, and open-questioning to help you explore yourself, heal your wounds, and together uncover new meaning and direction in your own life.

I offer therapy virtually on a HIPAA-secure platform. I work M-F and I'm in-network with select insurances in NY only. I am only in-network with Optum in New York State. We can discuss potential options to make therapy more affordable, such as superbills or a sliding scale fee if applicable.
