Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role with the North Idaho Pride Alliance. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day community outreach tasks, including customer service, research, and training. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility for remote work, but candidates must be located in Coeur d'Alene, ID, or Kootenai County.
Work with the North Idaho Pride Alliance Executive Director to coordinate and implement goals, volunteer activities, and projects identified by the Board of Directors.
Help coordinate the work of volunteers, utilize their skills and talents, and provide motivation, especially in Kootenai County and surrounding communities in North Idaho.
Create and maintain information resources and databases for the North Idaho Pride Alliance.
Assist with communication efforts to the North Idaho Pride Alliance network, which can include social media, texting/calling volunteers, graphics, and information for the website.
Help plan and coordinate North Idaho Pride Alliance events including promotion, outreach, volunteer coordinating, logistics, and day-of coordinating.
Recruit and support volunteer leaders and committees to head up projects or tasks and support them in their roles.
Be friendly and resourceful to all who contact North Idaho Pride Alliance during office hours either in-person, over the phone, or through electronic communications.
Any other duties assigned by the North Idaho Pride Alliance Executive Director.

Excellent communication skills
Experience with community outreach
Strong customer service skills
Experience in research and data collection
Ability to facilitate training sessions
Passion for LGBTQIA+ issues and advocacy
Comfortable with working some weekends and evenings
